Job Title: Cashier

Overview:
We are seeking a customer-oriented and detail-focused Cashier to join our team. As a Cashier, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while efficiently processing transactions. This role requires strong communication skills, a knack for sales, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them with their purchases
- Process sales transactions accurately using Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
- Handle cash, credit card, and other forms of payment securely
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed store targets

Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues
- Experience in retail sales, particularly in wireless, appliance, or technical sales is a plus
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of retail math for handling transactions and calculating discounts
- Proficiency in operating cash registers and POS systems
- Ability to speak multiple languages is advantageous for serving diverse customer needs
