Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Cashier/Sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and sales, with a flair for working in a fast-paced retail environment.
Responsibilities:
- Operate cash registers and handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products or services
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds following company policies
- Assist in maintaining adequate stock levels on the sales floor
Experience:
- Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Proficiency in using cash registers and handling cash transactions
- Bilingual proficiency, especially in Spanish, is a plus
- Experience with technical sales or wireless sales is advantageous
