We are looking for an experienced real estate financial analyst (Excel and Argus) in the commercial real estate industry. The role would entail evaluating the cash flows and return metrics of commercial properties (office, retail, industrial, multifamily, self storage, and/or hospitality).

The primary need right now on our team is office, retail and hotel properties, utilizing both Argus and Excel.

This is a contract position and is fully remote. The candidate needs to be based in the U.S.

The ideal candidate would have:

• Part-time flexibility of 10-20 hours per week.
• The ability to commit to at least 12 months or so (stability in the analyst role helps our clients).

Preferred qualifications (and/or):

-Experience with Argus software, or certification (preferred).

-Experience with commercial real estate in a previous full-time role (brokerage, acquisition/investment, developer or asset management firm (required)).

-Experience with one or more property types - office, retail, industrial, multifamily, self-storage or hotel (required).

-Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Management, Finance, Accounting, Engineering or related discipline.
