• Experience in food service a PLUS.
• Taking food orders from customers.
• Good communication skills with customers and co-workers.
• Preparing food for customers from menu - ( subs, pizza, ice cream, shakes, hot dogs, salads, floats, sandwiches, and sodas.
• Keeping the restaurant clean and presentable at all times.
• Cashiering / working with money and credit cards.
• Opening and closing duties of the restaurant.
• Experience in training a staff in running the Deli and Deli duties.
• Looking for a MANAGER who is flexible with the business scheduling.
• Knowledge of FOOD SAFETY: storing of foods, restaurant and kitchen cleanliness, food temperatures etc. Certified in Food Manager food handling and food safety. Willing to go through certification if needed or to re-new certifications.
• Experience working with venders and the ordering of food and supplies.
