**Job Summary:**

As a Store Manager at Art Eatables, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store. You will play a key role in ensuring exceptional customer service, driving sales, managing inventory, and maintaining the overall success of the store.

**Duties:**

- Manage all aspects of the store's operations, including but not limited to sales, customer service, cash handling, and inventory management.

- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any customer issues or complaints.

- Train, supervise, and motivate store staff to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

- Maintain a visually appealing store layout that showcases products effectively.

- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate inventory.

- Oversee cash register operations and reconcile daily sales transactions accurately.

- Conduct administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll management, and reporting.

- Implement recruiting strategies to hire qualified candidates for the store team.

**Requirements:**

  • Bourbon Certification and bourbon industry knowledge is preferred.

- Proven experience in retail management or a similar role.

- Strong background in cash handling, customer service, sales, and inventory management.

- Proficiency in basic math skills for cash handling and financial reporting.

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Knowledge of recruiting processes for hiring store staff.

- Familiarity with grocery store operations is a plus.
