Who We're Looking For:

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You'll be an integral part of our team, assisting the Buyer Specialist in achieving results for our clients.

What You'll Do:

• Partner with the Buyer Specialist to show homes to clients and potential auction bidders.
• Conduct open houses for both traditional listings and auctions.
• Assist the team in prospecting for new clients and acquiring new bidders for current auctions.
• Work closely with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants, ensuring a smooth and successful home buying experience.
• Shadow the Buyer Specialist and Team Leader Daniel Gutierrez, participating in professional development opportunities to grow your skills and knowledge in the real estate industry.
• Maintain clear communication with the team by providing regular updates and notes.
• Assist the team with marketing tasks, including:
• Creating engaging social media content to promote listings and the TurnKey Team brand.
• Recording video content (e.g., virtual tours, property highlights) to showcase properties online.
• Setting signs, attending inspections, and meeting with vendors.

Qualifications:

• Real Estate License (required)
• Bilingual (Spanish) Preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations
• Highly motivated with a drive to succeed
• High school diploma or equivalent

Compensation:

• Full-time, in-office position (1099 independent contractor)
• Salary: $25,000 - $40,000 per year with Commissions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $22.00 per hour

Experience:

• Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
