Job Title: Data Operation Administrator

Location: Bethpage, NY (Day 1 Onsite)

Job Description:

As a Data Operation Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity and accuracy of our data systems. You will play a crucial role in managing and entering data into Clarity and Outlook, as well as ensuring that our data management practices align with our strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Data Management and Integrity:
• Maintain the accuracy and consistency of data across various platforms.
• Enter data meticulously into Clarity and Outlook ensuring there are no discrepancies.
• System Administration:
• Perform basic administration and troubleshooting of the Clarity tool.
• Ensure systems are running efficiently and effectively to support business operations.
• Process and Documentation Review:
• Regularly review and update documentation to ensure it meets the current business needs.
• Implement process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency.
• User Acceptance Testing:
• Conduct basic user acceptance testing for new systems and updates.
• Ensure new implementations meet the predefined requirements and function correctly.
• Collaboration Tools Management:
• Manage content and workflows within SharePoint.
• Utilize Jira and Confluence for project management and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in data management, with a focus on maintaining high data integrity.
• Proficient in using Clarity and Microsoft Outlook for data entry and management.
• Experience with SharePoint, Jira, and Confluence.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
