About Powertech Associates/Utility Power Supply Company:
Powertech Associates is a manufacturers' rep agency that offers the latest products and solutions available in the electric utility industry. Utility Power Supply Company is the distribution subsidiary that services the customers of Powertech Associates as well as customers all over the country. We have an office and warehouse located in Farmington, CT where we have local stock for several of the manufacturers that we represent. We are committed to meeting the needs of all our customers through quality products, solutions, and proven customer service.
As an Inside Sales Associate, you will interact with new and existing customers, primarily by e-mail and phone, to increase sales of the company's products and/or services by obtaining orders, creating customer satisfaction, and adding value to the customer's buying experience. You will collaborate with outside sales to ensure goals are being met. This is a non-remote position since interaction with the warehouse staff and inventory needs to be done on-site.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Support outside sales representative(s) with inside sales duties, including but not limited to order entry, order maintenance, pricing, and expediting.
· Maintain strong working relationships with vendors.
· Support and assist warehouse staff shipping logistics and inventory control.
