This is a Fantastic Opportunity for the Right Candidate! We offer two weeks paid vacation, 7 paid holidays, health insurance options, education opportunities, community involvement and we are closed on Sundays.
We offer competitive salary paid bi-weekly, and a bonus program that is paid every month.
Business Hours are Monday – Saturday 9am – 6pm, Sundays Closed.
We HIGHLY PREFER someone located within 10 miles of the property, that is very familiar with the community including business services, school system etc. We need someone dependable and honest. Position will also include HEAVY MARKETING and Community Networking.
As the Property Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Property including; Accounts Receivables, Banking, Collection Calls, Rentals, Marketing, Property Upkeep, including picking up trash, sweeping units, and daily lock checks. Other duties include Retail Sales, Answering Phones and providing Extreme Customer Service.
This position involves and requires the following:
· Supervisory background helpful to multi-task and manage day-to-day duties
· Marketing and Sales required in this position
· Computer experience REQUIRED on Microsoft office programs.
