If this sounds like you, apply today! *Client Support Associate Duties/Responsibilities:* * Create lasting brand awareness through compelling product demonstrations and direct interactions with customers on a daily basis * Collaborate with fellow Client Support Associates and Account Management team to execute innovative promotional sales and marketing campaigns * Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional matter, and escalate to the appropriate department if needed * Stay up-to-date on savings, promotions, and bundles being offered by our clients and present to customers when appropriate * Track and organize campaign metrics and KPI’s to ensure sales goals are being met or exceeded * Attend daily meetings designed for entry-level team members to gain a comprehensive understanding of our clients’ product and service offerings * Perform other duties as assigned by Senior Management *Client Support Associate Qualities/Skills:* * Creative thinker with a passion for creating brand awareness * Team-player who has the ability to work in cross-functional teams * Excited to engage directly with customers * Comfortable with public speaking and presenting information to customers and team members alike * Possesses strong negotiation and upselling skills * Has a basic understanding of the sales cycle *Preferred Education/Experience For Our Client Support Associate:* * Minimum of a high school diploma or GED * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related is preferred but not required * Prior experience in sales, retail, customer service, or related is a plus *If you feel you are a good fit for the role, please submit your resume and one of our associates will be in contact within 24-48 hours.
