Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to oversee our retail operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the store, leading a team, and driving sales to achieve targets.

Duties:
- Communicate effectively with customers, staff, and management
- Efficiently manage store operations and ensure compliance with company policies
- Drive sales through effective merchandising and promotional strategies
- Supervise and motivate a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service
- Implement administrative tasks such as inventory management and financial reporting
- Utilise strong sales management skills to maximise profitability
- Demonstrate expertise in retail management practices to enhance store performance
- Provide leadership in team management, training, and development
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous for engaging with diverse customer base

Experience:
- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a retail environment
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a team towards achieving sales targets
- Proficiency in administrative tasks such as inventory control and reporting
- Sound knowledge of retail management principles and practices

-Fluent in Chinese and English

-Home furniture industry is preferred

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
