Essential Functions

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform the duties and responsibilities described in this position description. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.

• Evaluation of RMA products - Perform root cause analysis/identify failure modes of antennas returned from the field

• Document reports summarizing analysis and findings

• Implement corrective action initiatives based upon root cause

• Initiate Engineering Change Orders (ECO) as needed per non-conformance

• Perform rework on RMA materials according to a Manufacturing Process Plan

• Correspond with customer throughout the RMA process

• Assist other Quality related functions as needed

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Engineering or related field

• 1-2 years professional experience

Experience Requirements:

• Familiarity with Printed Circuit Board (PCB) design and fabrication

• Familiarity with electrical test equipment (Network Analyzers, Power Supplies, Multimeters, etc.)

• Knowledge of electronics, circuits, and components (RF circuitry is a plus)

• Understanding of QMS objectives, ISO9001, AS9100

• Works within a manufacturing environment, with occasional exposure to noise, heat, cold, fumes and chemicals.
