Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The Team Supervisor will oversee daily operations, lead a team of employees, and ensure exceptional service delivery in the food service industry.

Duties:

- Supervise and coordinate team activities to meet operational goals
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company standards
- Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process
- Manage shifts effectively to optimize productivity
- Demonstrate expertise in food service, kitchen management, and restaurant operations

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in food service management, kitchen management, or restaurant supervision
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team
- Proficiency in shift management and scheduling
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience in cooking, hotel, or catering industries is a plus

Pay: $19.10 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
