Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Cashier to join our team. As a Cashier, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Duties:
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions with customers
- Build custom Poke Bowl, collect payments
- Issue receipts, refunds, change, or tickets
- Redeem coupons and apply discounts
- Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
- Maintain a clean and tidy checkout area
Skills:
- Proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Strong customer service skills
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Ability to sell products and services effectively
- Experience in retail sales is a plus
- Knowledge of wireless sales is beneficial
- Familiarity with product demos and promotions
