Job Title: Managers/Host/Cashier/Server

Overview:
WE ARE HAVING A HIRING EVENT FOR MANAGERS, SERVERS, HOSTS AND BUSSERS ON MONDAY JUNE 24TH 11AM-3PM

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Host/Cashier. As a Host/Cashier, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive dining experience from the moment they arrive.

Duties:
- Greet guests with a warm welcome and seat them at their tables
- Manage reservations and waitlist efficiently
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system accurately
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
- Collaborate with the kitchen and serving staff to ensure smooth operations
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to guests
- Provide assistance to servers as needed

Requirements:
- Experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Knowledge of basic sanitate procedures
- Familiarity with food preparation processes
- Understanding of retail math for handling cash transactions
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a restaurant or retail setting is a plus
