We're Hiring: Operations & Marketing Support Specialist

Full Time Position: Monday – Friday 40 Hours After Hours Support*

WYVERN is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations & Marketing Support Specialist to join our team! If you thrive in a dynamic environment and are passionate about ensuring seamless operations and top-notch customer support, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Support: Deliver excellent support and service to WYVERN's customers and team members.
• Training: Provide ACES Platform training to customers and members as needed.
• Marketing:
• Prepare and post press releases, email blasts, and social media content.
• Assist with creating/updating product brochures and other marketing materials.
• Manage promotional materials and "swag" stock.
• *After Hours Support: Be available for after-hours support. Rotating with other support staff evenings and weekends. Additional compensation is provided for after hours support.
