- Operate Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process sales transactions
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing electronics, appliances, jewelry, and other products
- Utilize excellent communication skills to interact with customers and provide product information
- Demonstrate expertise in upselling techniques to increase sales revenue
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Ensure accuracy in cash handling and reconcile cash drawer at the end of each shift
- Uphold high standards of customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage time effectively to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service role
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Experience in jewelry sales is advantageous
- Strong aptitude for upselling techniques
- Excellent time management skills
