Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and materials handling.
- Ensure efficient and accurate order fulfillment for e-commerce customers.
- Supervise a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance and support to ensure productivity and quality standards are met.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate inventory needs and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Utilize our WMS or similar warehouse management systems to track inventory levels, monitor order status, and generate reports.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy and identify areas for improvement.
- Train new employees on warehouse procedures, equipment operation, and safety guidelines.

Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a warehouse supervisory role, preferably in an e-commerce or 3PL environment.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and experience with materials handling equipment.
- Proficient in using Scan gun or similar warehouse management systems.
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and ability to enforce safety protocols.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks as required.
