Job Description:

Max Express Car Wash is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to oversee daily operations at our bustling car wash facility. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, strong leadership skills, and a background in management. As a Car Wash Manager, you will ensure that our customers receive top-notch service, maintain operational efficiency, and lead a team of dedicated staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the car wash to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery. Implement and maintain operational standards and procedures.
• Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise staff. Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and development.
• Inventory and Supplies: Manage inventory of car wash supplies and equipment. Coordinate with vendors for timely procurement and maintenance.
• Financial Oversight: Monitor and manage the car wash’s budget. Prepare financial reports and ensure profitability by optimizing costs and increasing revenue.
• Maintenance: Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and functioning. Schedule regular maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Health and Safety: Implement and enforce health and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for both customers and employees.
• Marketing and Sales: Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones. Promote additional services and membership programs.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Manager, preferably in the car wash or automotive service industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
