MidCity Partners LLC is a Commercial Real Estate owner/operator with office, retail, and medical properties in Ohio and Kentucky. We have a wide variety of tenants from sole proprietor small business, government agencies, and national retail chain stores. This position is based in Cincinnati.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Maintenance Tech. The Commercial Maintenance Tech will be responsible for conducting routine maintenance and repairs on commercial properties in Cincinnati, OH. They will perform inspections, troubleshoot issues, and ensure that buildings and facilities are in good working condition.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in commercial maintenance or a related field
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general building maintenance
• Ability to diagnose and resolve maintenance issues
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work a 7:00 AM -2:30 PM schedule on site in Cincinnati Monday through Friday
• Valid driver's license
• Position based in Cincinnati with very limited travel to other properties on an emergency basis only
