Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. The Office Manager will be responsible for administering drug and alcohol testing collections, processing and reporting results, and maintaining an organized office environment. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer drug and alcohol testing collections according to established protocols and guidelines.
Process test results efficiently and accurately.
Report test results to clients in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain an organized and efficient office environment.
Handle client inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth office operations.
Order and manage office supplies.
Assist with scheduling appointments and managing the office calendar.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous work experience in an office or administrative role is preferred.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
