**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable ledger, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining financial security by following internal accounting controls.

**Duties:**

- Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures

- Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivables' data

- Prepare bills, invoices, and bank deposits

- Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted

- Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients' billing issues

- Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status

**Experience:**

- Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Clerk or in a similar role

- Familiarity with QuickBooks accounting software and proficiency in Microsoft Excel

- Knowledge of basic accounting principles such as debits/credits and financial concepts

- Ability to analyze financial data and generate accurate reports

- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills

**Skills:**

- Proficiency in account reconciliation and customer service
