Requirements:
Over 21 years old
Basic experience in warehousing
Experience in erecting scaffolding and suspended scaffolding. (Prefered)
Valid driver's license
40-hour OSHA certification
Preferable English proficiency
Ability to work standing for long periods
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
Basic Knowledge of scaffolding, suspended scaffolding, materials, and power tools
Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and motivated Warehouse Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have basic experience in warehousing, as well basic knowledge of scaffolding and suspended scaffolding. Additionally, they must possess a valid driver's license and a 30-hour OSHA certification. English proficiency is preferable.
Responsibilities:
Handling and organizing materials in the warehouse
Assisting in the erection of scaffolding and suspended scaffolding as needed
Complying with established safety standards and procedures
Operating warehouse vehicles and equipment
Effectively communicating with the team and supervisors
Maintaining accurate inventory and material records
Using and maintaining power tools and other equipment
Skills and Competencies:
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Good communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Flexibility and adaptability to perform various tasks
Ability to work standing for long periods
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
Knowledge of scaffolding, suspended scaffolding, materials, and power tools
