We are a small local property management company in business since 1982. We are a friendly company with 3 brokers and 2 bookkeepers. We manage apartments, single family, and commercial properties.
We need experience with Appfolio, MS Office - Excel, Word & Outlook.
Work includes:
P&L, Rent Rolls, Security Deposit accounting
AP/AR
Bank Recs
PR/ADP
Government reports
Phones
Communicating with Clients and Vendors
Hybrid Remote possible
Support for Property Managers
Health Plan available
We are located very near Downtown Bellevue with lots of free parking
Great surroundings, brand new office
