**Job Overview:**

We are seeking an experienced Retail Sales Associate to join our team at our high-end ladies boutique. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and sales, with a focus on providing an exceptional shopping experience to our customers, as we value our esteemed customer service reputation.

**Duties:**

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Sell merchandise to meet customer needs

- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions

- Keep the store organized by restocking shelves and ensuring merchandise displays are appealing

- Provide information about products to customers

**Skills:**

- Ability to sell merchandise effectively

- Bilingual skills are a plus (Spanish)

- Ability to manage stock levels and organize merchandise effectively

- Strong communication skills in English

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
