Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Technician located in Mobile, AL. The Service Technician will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and repair of roofs, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, providing field service support, and delivering exceptional customer service. The Service Technician will also be involved in general maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

• Maintenance & Repair, Troubleshooting, and Field Service skills
• Customer Service and Maintenance skills
• Experience in the roofing or construction industry
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical fitness and ability to work at heights
• Valid driver's license
• OSHA certification is a plus
