Tower View Wealth Management (“Tower View”), founded in 1999. We offer portfolio management and financial planning services to over 100 households across the United States. Many of which are multi-generational family accounts, and the majority of our clients have been referrals from other happy clients.
The Client Administrative Assistant is responsible for handling all client related paperwork processing needs including but not limited to all custodian paperwork, internal forms and documents, regularly checking mail and scanning documents into systems, filing client essential documents both electronically and physically into files maintained in the branch office. This position will handle all firm mailing needs by preparing envelopes and mailing labels for bulk client communications, ad hoc mailers, and weighing and printing appropriate postage.
This role is approximately 30 hours per week in Tower View’s Oshkosh branch office. The role does have the potential to grow into a full-time position in the future. It does require office hours Monday-Friday, with the occasional option to work from home based upon business needs. This position allows for ongoing education and career growth opportunities to help further develop skills, and further education in the financial industry.
