Responsibilities include but not limited to…

• Oversee the day to day operation of a 6 day a week wine retail, bar, and coffee bar.

• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training of the employees.

• Assist with the implementation of policies, procedures, and standards of the organization.

• Maintain a highly motivational work environment.

• Provide guidance and feedback to the team onsite.

• Ability to hold employees accountable and resolve internal conflicts efficiently.
