We are a modern, multi-disciplinary, Chiropracitc centered facility, that built it's reputation from the ground up. Our goal is to provide exceptional care to patients and educate them on becoming self-sufficient in managing their complaints. We love challenging patients who have failed other attempts at care. Putting the puzzle pieces together and demostrating the rationale to the patient is the most gratifying part of our practice.

**Job Summary:**

If you're like us, we didn't know which direction to take our practice when we first started 20 years ago. My wife and I chose a sports route due to our background and interests. We created a unique office which has an unmatched reputation. We knew that the typical "heat, stim and crack," office wasn't for us. We dove deeper and gained an understanding of the human body and how to optimize it's function with myriad techniques and certifications. We would love to share this approach with a Chiro whether they be a new grad or a seasoned veteran. Our ultimate goal is to step back and have someone take over the practice. We can structure the position so that the purchase option is built in.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional chiropractic care to patients, conducting physical examinations, and developing personalized treatment plans. A sports background is preferable. Sports certifications are also appreciated but we will contribute to continuing education within this speciality.

**Responsibilities:**

- Perform physical examinations to assess patients' medical conditions

- Provide patient care by diagnosing and treating neuromusculoskeletal conditions

- Utilize medical terminology to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals

- Offer primary care services focusing on spinal health and overall wellness

- Apply physiology knowledge to understand the body's functions and how they relate to chiropractic care

- Conduct patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans

- Manage acute pain through various chiropractic techniques including trigger point therapy

- Demonstrate a deep understanding of anatomy to target specific areas for adjustment

- Coordinate and conduct marketing events such as High School Job fairs, Health Talks, and Races.

**Requirements:**

- Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited institution

- State licensure as a Chiropractor

- Strong communication skills and bedside manner

- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

- Proficiency in conducting physical examinations and interpreting diagnostic tests

- Prior experience in sports injury management and rehabilitation preferred

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
