Project Consultant/Customer Relations Manager Job Description:

Consultant/Customer Relations Manager to join our growing team!
As a project consultant/customer relations manager, you are a key team member that
is responsible for upholding our commitment to customer satisfaction and professionalism,
while also showing respect and courtesy to all customers and employees. This role is a
multi-faceted role that encompasses components of coordinating and scheduling
production, taking care of our wonderful customers through production, and partaking in
sales and additional lead generation opportunities.
This role is intended to be a full-time role to support the business through our busy
exterior season. Over time the role will evolve and grow to include more responsibilities as
needed by the company.
This position is right for you if you are detail oriented, have a pro-active personality,
are self-motivated, thrive in fast moving environments, and are able to manage time
efficiently and effectively to meet deadlines. You must also have proven communication skills
with supervisors, employees, and customers and are able to effectively manage a variety of
situations on a day-to-day basis.
Responsibilities:
The Project Consultant/Customer Relations Manager for Panoramic Pro Painting is a
essential role within the company who ensures production schedules are met in a timely and
efficient manner. This person is responsible for communicating with our team, crew leads
and our customers from the start of their projects through completion handling any issues or
concerns that may arise during production. This person will also order and/or pick up
materials and supplies for each project, makes sure all work is done following project
checklist standards, and will ensure that we obtain 100% customer satisfaction and a 5-Star
review upon completion of each project.
Base Qualifications:
● High School Diploma or GED
● Strong attention to detail
● Strong written and verbal communication skills
● Team player with proven track record of working with others

Preferred Qualifications:
● Project Management or Customer Service Experience
● Energetic self-starter with the ability to multi-task and possess a get it done attitude.

● Able to accept and respond to suggestions and constructive criticisms in an
amicable manner.
● Able to perform other duties as required. These duties may include assignments in
job classifications other than their own.
● Receive general direction. Set priorities and define methods for accomplishing
assigned work. Work is generally varied. Perform considerable coordination and
follow-through and assist customers.
● Operate a variety of office equipment, such as a personal computer, printer, tablet,
mobile phone and calculator.
● Operate a variety of software programs. Standard Microsoft Office Software and
Company Estimating / Customer and Painter Management Software.
● Demeanor that is friendly and cooperative while maintaining adherence to
Panoramic Pro Painting’s policies and procedures.
● Maintain a proper appearance as required by Panoramic Pro Painting when
interacting with customers or others when generally representing the company.
