```Job Summary:```
We are seeking a friendly and professional Floor Host & security guard for various nightlife and lounges in the providence area. As a floor Host you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere for our guests. You will be performing access control, including checking IDs and adhering bracelets if necessary; performing physical pat downs and wanding, and being professional and curteous. You may be required to hold a position inside the location, and must maintain that posts requirements (ie if at a door, not letting any patron enter or exit, making sure door stays closed; if at a vip area, not letting anyone access the area that is not designated vip, etc). You must have a flashlight and have knowledge of flashlight communication. You must be able to maintain composure and have the communication skills to descalate situations and be able to work as a team. Our main goal will be to ensure that our guests have an exceptional and safe experience from the moment they arrive until they leave.

```Requirements:```
- Previous experience as security /floor host or in a customer service role is preferred but not required
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Skills:-
- Strong conflict management skills are desirable (Ability to think and act quickly while maintaining professionalism in stressful situations).

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
