Responsibilities::
- Working with clients and project teams to develop and execute projects.
- An advanced understanding of healthcare design, planning and execution.
- Parter with Healthcare Director to cultivate new business opportunities and participate in interviews.
- Knowledge of applicable codes and healthcare standards relative to design.
- Ability to work with clients and the project team to program, design, and execute construction documents and construction administration on large and complex healthcare projects.
- Provide management of projects through design, bidding, construction, and close-out,
- Create plans and drawings which clearly outline architectural design of project.
- Coordination with engineering, consultants, clients, contractors, and building officials to meet overall project objectives.
- Participate in client presentations and lead project meetings.
- Knowledgeable in Healthcare design for both outpatient and inpatient facilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture
- A minimum 8 years of experience in construction and architecture
- Strong organizational, creative and presentation skills
- Proficient in Revit and BIM project delivery
- Must be able to listen and communicate effectively.
- Must be a self-starter, a team player, and able to establish good working relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and team members.
