Job Summary:
As a Senior Product Director, you will be responsible for shaping the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our SaaS products. We expect you to bring a wealth of experience, particularly in CRM , and a proven track record of scaling products from inception to market adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement product strategies in CRM related area consistent with the company vision.
- Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and other teams to shape requirements, features, and end products.
- Work with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps.
- Lead, mentor, and support product management teams.
- Make creative recommendations to expand product base and vision.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in product management, preferably in the SaaS industry.
- Extensive experience with CRM systems and understanding their impact on business processes.
- Demonstrated ability from 0 to 1 product development, including ideation, launch, and scaling.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.
- Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
