About Us

We are a pre-seed stage startup building a world-leading B2B SaaS product on top of cutting-edge AI. Our mission is to make work 10x easier for product managers, engineers and others at the workplace. Our team are Silicon Valley veterans with proven track records of building world-class teams/products at companies like Uber, Google. We have built the product and already acquired pilot users (including paying customers). Feedback has been very strong and we are now working on bringing this product to a broader market.

The Role

As our powerhouse CMO, you'll be a core member of our founding team, working alongside the leadership team to establish our brand as the undisputed leader in a nascent market. You'll wear two hats – a visionary GTM builder and a relentless lead-generating machine.

Responsibilities:

  • Enhance and execute our comprehensive go-to-market strategy to drive early customer adoption and user acquisition.
  • Become a social media rockstar: Craft engaging content, cultivate a strong brand presence, and leverage social media platforms to generate leads and brand awareness.
  • Identify and connect with influential bloggers and industry leaders: Build relationships and secure product reviews or mentions to reach a wider audience.
  • Close deals that convert: Clearly communicate the value proposition of our project generator and translate leads into active users.
  • Become our brand architect: Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that positions our project generator as the go-to solution for small and medium-sized companies building complex software applications.
  • Social media mastermind: Craft engaging content, cultivate a strong brand presence, and leverage social media platforms to generate leads, build brand awareness, and establish thought leadership
  • Market like a pioneer: Develop innovative marketing campaigns that capture the imagination of the target market and establish our product as a category leader.
  • Translate brand into users: Clearly communicate the value proposition of our project generator, translate leads into active users, and exceed conversion rate goals.

Qualifications

  • Grit, tenacity, resilience, get things done. These are the words that describe us.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in marketing and business development, with a proven track record of launching and scaling new products in the B2B technology space.
  • Demonstrated CMO experience: Proven ability to develop brand strategies that have established market leadership for innovative products in new categories.
  • Social media savvy: Strong understanding of social media marketing best practices and the ability to create engaging content that resonates with the target audience.
  • Network like a pro: Possess a well-developed network of contacts relevant to the target market and a proven ability to leverage it for lead generation.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with executives, partners, and customers.
  • A commitment to a positive and transparent work culture built on mutual respect and wellbeing.

Compensation: please do note that this will be an equity based position at the beginning. We are actively working on fundraising with world-class investors. Competitive salary will be provided after funding completion.
