Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Construction Office Manager for a Fire Sprinkler Installation Company to oversee and manage various commercial construction projects and business operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and be solution oriented.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Construction Manager and all aspects of Construction Operation.
  • Strong organizational, communication and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in budgeting, bookkeeping, certified payroll and Union compliance.
  • Knowledge of monthly progress invoicing, retention and collection process.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks and Spreadsheets for financial tracking.
  • Dependable and long term.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
