Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Sushi Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating exquisite sushi dishes and delivering exceptional culinary experiences.

Duties:
- Prepare a variety of sushi rolls, sashimi, and nigiri with precision and attention to detail
- Ensure freshness and quality of ingredients used in sushi preparation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi bar and kitchen area
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new sushi recipes and menu items
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for sushi ingredients as needed
- Adhere to food safety standards and regulations at all times

Skills:
- Proven experience working as a Sushi Chef in a catering or restaurant setting
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques
- Proficiency in using knives and other sushi preparation tools
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality
- Experience in fine dining establishments is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
- Knowledge of dietary restrictions and preferences related to the dietary department
