We are looking for detail oriented, self-motivated, curious, and driven individuals to join our team. Responsibilities include installation of and providing training, support, and maintenance for our test and inspection equipment at customer sites in North America.
What This Job Involves
  • After joining us, you will gain a thorough understanding of our electronic test and inspection equipment and products, their functionalities, and benefits, as well as their different applications.
  • With your strong technical understanding and communication abilities you bridge the gap between customers and product development teams, ensuring effective product implementation and customer satisfaction.
  • You provide technical support and guidance to customers during the product installation and integration process and can customize and configurate the equipment based on customer needs and preferences.
  • Your customer-centric attitude enables you to identify and prioritize customer requirements and develop and offer solutions or enhancements based on customer feedback while collaborating with sales and engineering teams.
  • You use your excellent communication skills to explain technical details to non-technical customers, stakeholders, or any other interested parties in a clear and concise manner and conduct training sessions and workshops for customers to ensure they have a thorough understanding of product capabilities and features.
  • By building a lasting and meaningful relationship with customers, providing accurate and friendly advice and support, you help us maintain our outstanding track record of customer loyalty.
We're Looking For
  • Field Applications and Technical Support skills
  • Knowledgeable in fundamentals of electronic circuits and electronics manufacturing
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently, while still being a team player with a positive attitude
Other Qualifications
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn and utilize other software
  • Willingness to be mobile and to travel
  • Must comply with standards set by International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and be free from federal warrants and must not be on any Federal watch list
Essential Duties And Responsibilities Include
  • Provide quality on-site maintenance and repair service, as well as complete system installation at customer sites.
  • Ensure high level of customer satisfaction by providing prompt and efficient service.
  • Perform analytical problem-solving, troubleshooting, conduct diagnostics, and isolate issues to the component level, and take actions to minimize downtime, system interruptions, and equipment malfunctions.
  • Technical product presentations and demos, customer training, and preparation of application manuals.
  • Participate in sales demonstrations and trade shows to showcase product capabilities and answer technical questions.
