The Purpose of Your Role
As a Bilingual Call Center Representative (English/Spanish), you will be responsible for interacting with clients, providing information, answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and resolving client concerns.
The shift is Saturday - Wednesday, from 10 am - 7 pm (with Thursday and Friday off). The position starts at $17.40. TCS also provides shift premiums for weekend and evening shifts.
Initial training will be conducted onsite and will transition to hybrid work. For this reason, candidates should be local to the greater Memphis area.
