Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Reservations & Sales Service Manager at SEA CLOUD CRUISES USA located in Hollywood, FL. The candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing, training the reservations department, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction. They will be handling administrative task related to the day-to-day operations, answering the phones, making bookings and assisting the outside sales team, guests and travel advisors. We expect the candidate to driving sales, being hands on and managing the reservations process, as well as maintaining relationships with direct clients and travel advisors and mastering the reservation system. This role will report directly to the President and serve as liaison officer to our operations headquarters based in Germany. This is a hybrid role, with currently 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

Qualifications

Experience

3-5 years of experience in the travel industry in a sales or front-end related role, preferable cruise line or hotel.

Knowledge

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Familiarity with travel industry operations and booking processes.

Ability to learn and navigate Sea Cloud Cruises' reservations system.

Skills

Excellent communication and customer service skills, proven team leader.

Strong organizational abilities and high attention to detail.

Ability to train and support reservation team and assist guest and travel partners effectively.

Hands on mentality, proven success in customer satisfaction.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Education

Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required.

Collaboration

Ability to work closely with Travel Advisors and reservation team members to achieve sales goals.

Proactive problem-solving skills to address booking issues and customer inquiries.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and systems.

Enthusiasm for the travel industry and a commitment to providing exceptional support to guests, travel advisors and partners.

Responsibilities

Lead, manage and mentor the reservation department

Manage and provide training and work assignments to reservation staff.

Understands the overall market & maximizing revenue

Handling all front office reservation, groups and administrative task

Conducting daily reservations including direct, travel advisor bookings, answering emails, phone calls and delivering guest satisfaction on all levels

Brief and train staff on new promotions and marketing measurements to increase sales.

Monitor group and FIT reservations and assist with accuracy of reservations sales, follow up on payment processing and cancelations.

Ensures seamless booking procedures.

Providing exceptional customer service to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Handles guest complaints.

Provide ongoing support to Travel Advisors and partners to enhance sales performance.

Master Sea Cloud Cruises' reservations system to efficiently manage and supervise bookings and reservations.
