Starting Pay Range: $20.00 – $26.00 /hour, negotiable

Henning Group is in a dynamic growth stage and is accepting applications for an Inventory and Shipping Coordinator under the apprenticeship of Owner and Pistol Shooter, Henning Wallgren. We manufacture our original and OEM lines of functional and innovative products that improve the shooting experience. We believe in:

We are looking for energetic individuals to help run and grow our business. Must meet State and Federal requirements for handling and possessing firearms. Preference will be given to candidates with web design and e-commerce order fulfillment experience. The selected team member will be someone that is confident answering emails and phone calls, enjoys minute details of metal, working with their hands making or assembling small parts, constantly improving workshop organization and design for enhancing creativity and function. Qualified applicants need to have a positive attitude, good verbal and written communication skills, basic computer skills, be focused, detail-oriented, self-motivated, coachable, and can work quickly and autonomously. Knowledge of firearms and absolute support of the Second Amendment is required, as well the ability to prioritize tasks in a creative entrepreneurial environment.

Basic physical requirements: sitting or standing for long periods of time, manual dexterity and vision for color inspection and assembly, confident use of basic hand tools, and able to lift 50 – 70 lbs. Employment offer contingent on passing background check and legally able to handle and possess firearms under all State and Federal laws, including 18 years old or older to apply.
