Law Office Of Eva C. Ovalle is Hiring an Associate Attorney Near Medford, MA
The ideal candidate will manage litigation cases and resolve legal disputes on behalf of clients by settling claims, through arbitration, mediation and advocating for clients in court. This individual will build client relationships and provide an excellent customer experience for our injured victim clients.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal support to clients and assist lead attorney
- Maintain client relationships
- Prepare legal documents and discovery
Qualifications
- Licensed Attorney in Massachusetts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior Personal Injury Law Field Experience Preferred
- Licensed Attorney in NH is a plus, but must be licensed in MA
After some time the position may be transitioned into a hybrid position of both in-office and remote work, but employee must be willing to travel to Medford regularly.
