At Add-On Support Services, we put a strong emphasis on care with compassion. We serve neurodiverse individuals, enhancing the quality of their life through quality support services! These support services include (but are not limited to) the following:

• Supporting individuals with Developmental Differences (Autism, Prader Willi, Downs etc)
• Managing clients' behavioral issues or concerns through strategic deescalation and preventative techniques
• Working with the neurodiverse individual to help build life skills and functional skills
• Being a supportive companion on community outings, relieving family members / caregivers of care for the individual during assigned shifts
• Providing transportation to individual within a 5 mile radius (mileage reimbursement is available for anything over the 5 mile radius)
• Following the person-centered behaviorally enhanced support care plan specially tailored for each client
• Inputing data, log progress (or the lack thereof), and report on a daily basis
• Attending and complete trainings required to best support our clients
• Provide personal care assistance including (but not limited to): personal hygiene, dressing/changing, feeding, light cooking, cleaning, and more
• Treating the individual with utmost respect and dignity

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week

Experience:

• working with Neurodiverse / Developmentally Different: 1 year (Preferred)
