**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dedicated Service Writer to join our team. The Service Writer will provide exceptional customer service, coordinate powersports services, and ensure efficient communication between customers and technicians. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, powersports diagnostics, and repair, and possess excellent communication skills.

Will train the right candidate.

**Responsibilities:**

- Greet customers and assist them with service inquiries

- Schedule appointments and manage service orders

- Communicate service recommendations to customers

- Communicate with sales, and parts department as needed

- Upsell additional services or products as needed

- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services

- Maintain accurate records of services performed

- Address customer concerns or complaints in a professional manner

- Stay updated on powersports industry trends and technologies

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a Powersports setting

- Knowledge of Powersports diagnostics and repair processes

- Ability to upsell and promote tire services and other

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Mechanical knowledge to understand service requirements

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Expected hours: 40 per week
