Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Scheduling Coordinator at Suncoast Impressions. The Scheduling Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating appointments, communicating with clients and team members, and providing administrative assistance. The Scheduling Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are scheduled efficiently and all communication is clear and organized.

• Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling client inquiries
• Experience in appointment scheduling and calendar management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
