We are seeking a talented and experienced Financial Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing and optimizing the finances of all business units within Grupo ConvierteMás. This position is ideal for a finance professional looking for a role with significant responsibility and the opportunity to directly impact the financial strategy of our diverse business units.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial operations of the group's agencies, online schools, software, and university.
• Develop and supervise short and long-term financial strategies for all business units.
• Analyze financial reports and provide strategic recommendations to the executive team.
• Manage budgets and financial forecasts, ensuring efficient use of resources in each business unit.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks at the group level.
• Collaborate with other departments to align financial strategies with the overall business objectives of the group.
• Stay updated with relevant financial and tax regulations applicable to each business unit.

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior financial role.
• Advanced knowledge of accounting, corporate finance, and financial analysis.
• Experience in budget preparation and management for multiple business units.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions.
