Leasing Consultant - Full-Time
Are you a mature, dynamic, and bilingual professional looking to make a positive impact in the real estate industry? We are seeking a dedicated Leasing Consultant to join our team! No prior experience is necessary as we provide comprehensive training.
Position: Leasing Consultant
Type: Full-Time
Location: 1520 E. Fletcher Ave., Tampa
Starting Salary: Based on experience plus commissions
Work Schedule:
Week 1: Monday - Thursday plus half-day Saturday
Week 2: Monday - Friday
Key Responsibilities:
Assist prospective residents with property tours and leasing applications
Provide excellent customer service and address resident concerns
Manage leasing documentation and maintain accurate records
Collaborate with team members to achieve leasing goals
Utilize bilingual skills to assist both English and Spanish-speaking clients (bilingual perferred)
Qualifications:
Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish (bilingual perferred)
Mature, professional demeanor with a strong work ethic
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Customer-focused with a friendly and approachable personality
Availability to work the specified schedule
