We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy assisting others, we would love to hear from you.
Duties:
- Answer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide updates as necessary
- Maintain customer records by updating account information and documenting interactions
- Perform data entry tasks to ensure accurate record-keeping
- Collaborate with other team members to address customer needs effectively
- Meet or exceed performance goals for customer satisfaction, call quality, and sales targets
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in English; fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with patience and empathy
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Sales experience is a bonus but not required
