We are an ASX listed company headquartered on Sydney's lower north shore, and have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Coordinator to join our busy, friendly and high-performing operations team.

The Operations Coordinator plays a pivotal role in assisting with inbound and outbound logistics for customer orders across ANZ including product fulfilment, invoicing, inventory management, packaging and shipping of SomnoMed devices to our customers. The role will suit an energetic, organised and customer-focused person who enjoys collaborating with a great team to directly impact an outstanding outcome.

The Opportunity

In this role you will:

  • Work closely with the Customer Service and Lab teams to ensure efficient and timely turnaround of devices received post-manufacture
  • Track all devices in manufacture for ANZ customer orders including regular status updates and estimated delivery timeframe
  • Assist with order fulfilment, invoicing, and packaging of all outbound shipments
  • Manage freight bookings to/from customers within ANZ
  • Assist with inventory management activities such as packaging assembly, stocktake, warehousing and general supply chain activities such as quarterly inventory orders
  • Get involved in other ad hoc tasks and projects to support the team in achieving outstanding outcomes for our customers

What you'll bring

  • Keen attention to detail for all logistics operations and inventory management activities
  • A can-do approach with a desire to add value within the business, along with a natural curiosity to seek improvements to ways of working
  • You will be a strong team player with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and work collaboratively
  • Experience in logistics operations or administrative support roles
  • Experience in using Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle NetSuite is ideal but not essential
