Your profile

  • Opportunity Management to drive deal progression including cross-sell and upsell opportunities by identifying decision makers, developing strategies that move them to solutions that create value for those individuals.
  • Solid understanding of BANT/ MEDDIC sales methodology
  • Excel, Power Point, Word
  • Managing Process - Adopting company policies; utilizing CRM system; adhering to opportunity management process; understanding customer success and sales methodologies; defining handoffs; measuring process output; providing specific governance and guidance around process adherence
  • Experience working with Solution Consulting organization as a team to execute sales cycle
  • Customer Focused to develop uniquely strong customer loyalty from the beginning, executive contacts see you as trusted advisor to generate repeat business more than peers; book of business has high customer satisfaction/NPS scores relative to peer
  • Problem Solving to determine the root cause of internal and external problem; developing solutions; overseeing and helping achieve resolution; ensuring problems do not re-occur (learning from failure)

Your mission

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Enterprise Software Sales or Account Management
  • Strong hunter capabilities with focus on new logo wins
  • Excellent track record and overachiever
  • Should be comfortable using and following a prescribed sales process
  • Solid understanding of automotive & manufacturing supply chain processes
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements including global policies for product/material compliance and sustainability
  • Prospect new logos and discover customer situation to understand business issues, and problems to be solved with iPoint solution portfolio
  • Must be able to identify and qualify customer based on criteria such as do they have approved budget, do they have the authority to make the final buying decision, what is the driving need to make a change happen and what is the specific timing for when they plan to make this selection.
  • Drive, control, lead and execute complete sales cycles with focus on large deals and short sales cycles
  • Reliable and accurate forecasting of single opportunities and complete sales pipeline in order to achieve ongoing quota achievement following the MEDDIC sales methodology
  • Identify, - build, manage and maintain relationships across client up to decision makes/executive level
  • Involvement of iPoint’s ecosystem to ensure maximum customer value, and positioning of complete solution portfolio
  • Permanent achievement of targets
