Job Description
The role of Project Manager is key to the ongoing delivery of Capital Projects safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively.
Working on a vitally important client account, you will assist the Head of Projects in delivering the client's Capital Project plan, this autonomous role requires a strong proactive can-do attitude, high initiative, and excellent communication skills.
You will be responsible for the delivery of the Capital Investment Project Pipeline, a wide range of ad-hoc business-driven projects, upgrades and improvement works, and feasibility studies.
Ensuring that all project works are managed effectively in line with ISS procedures, approved codes of practice, and CDM requirements, you will also ensure that all project-related activities are supported by a clear commercial process to deliver projects profitably. This includes presenting a clear breakdown of costs to the client for approval.
